Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number. Products that have been personalised for you with printing or embroidery cannot be returned. We do not charge a restocking fee/admin fee to return an item, however, please note unless your item is faulty you are responsible for the return postage to send an item back to us.

If your return is approved we will process your refund within 7 working days of receiving the item/s back in our returns centre.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The 'Torque IGS' is a tough, modern, sytlish-looking hiker boot by V12. This boot offers the latest nanotechnology offering a lightweight composite toe-cap, protective midsole the famous IGS sole. The 'Torque' boot is also leather free meaning it is completely vegan friendly, but is still fully ESD, SRC, and S1P compliant.

Upper - Constructed from advanced materials, this leather-free hiker is completely vegan friendly

Lining - Durable moisture-wicking and highly breathable lining.

Insole - The dual comfort insole features unique airflow channels to maximise air circulation and reduce heat. With twin anti-shock foam pods on the heel and the ball of the foot, this insole will provide daylong comfort where you need it most.

Toecap - Cutting edge, low profile, lightweight nano-composite non-sparking and thermal insulating toecap. It has been tested to the impact of 200 Joules.

Protective Midsole - Flexible woven composite material, pierce resistant to 1100N

Sole - Inspired by tyre technology and made from highly durable rubber, the IGS sole unit features a unique hexagonal tread ensuring superior traction, ladder grips offering firefighter levels of safety and a re-designed heel strike pad delivering exceptional water dispersal.
