Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number. Products that have been personalised for you with printing or embroidery cannot be returned. We do not charge a restocking fee/admin fee to return an item, however, please note unless your item is faulty you are responsible for the return postage to send an item back to us.
If your return is approved we will process your refund within 7 working days of receiving the item/s back in our returns centre.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
A Women's Waterproof, Lightweight Hiker boot Built in with a padded moisture-wicking lining to prevent sweating feet , The Brown coloured boot not only looks good but keeps feet dry in most conditions with its waterproof qualities. The non slip IGS sole gives the boot outstanding grip on uneven and slippery surfaces.
Upper - Cool feet with a Nubuck upper, a bellows tongue prevents water from entering, and a padded cut-away collar gives added comfort when driving and using ladders.
Lining - Moisture-wicking and breathable V-Dri waterproof lining for a luxurious cooler experience in summer and warmer in Winter.
Footbed - Heel-pump shock-absorbing footbed. Contoured to support the foot, breathable, comfortable and hard-wearing with air channels to wick moisture and reduce heat build-up and odour.
Toecap - Wide-fitting composite non-sparking and thermally insulating. Tested to the impact of 200J.
Protective midsole - A woven superflex-fibre composite midsole designed to protect from sharp objects entering underfoot.
Sole - Slip safety ensured with the innovative IGSTM sole unit, featuring a water-dispersing tread and ladder grips for working safely at height, keeping the wearer stable on slippery and contaminated surfaces.
