Returns
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number. Products that have been personalised for you with printing or embroidery cannot be returned. We do not charge a restocking fee/admin fee to return an item, however, please note unless your item is faulty you are responsible for the return postage to send an item back to us.
If your return is approved we will process your refund within 7 working days of receiving the item/s back in our returns centre.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
A waterproof and breathable hiker boot constructed from a luxurious oily-waxy Nubuck upper. A lightweight composite midsole and toecap make the Lynx boot incredibly light and comfortable, reducing foot fatigue. A shock-absorbing, reinforced heel makes the boot very durable; and the innovative IGS sole unit provides superior grip and stability. This style features our industry-leading waterproof lining, V-Dri.
Upper - Water-resistant and breathable brown oily-waxy Nubuck. A full bellows tongue to prevent dirt and water ingress, and an ergonomic padded collar provides added comfort for a driving position.
Lining - Moisture-wicking and breathable V-Dri waterproof lining for a deluxe cooler experience in summer and warmer in Winter.
Footbed - Heel-pump shock-absorbing footbed. Contoured to support the foot, breathable, comfortable and hard-wearing with air channels to wick moisture and reduce heat build-up and odour.
Toecap - Wide-fitting composite non-sparking and thermally insulating. Tested to the impact of 200J.
Protective midsole - A woven superflex-fibre composite midsole designed to protect from sharp objects penetrating the sole.
Sole - Inspired by tyre technology and made from highly hard-wearing rubber, the IGS sole unit features a unique hexagonal tread ensuring superior traction, ladder grips offering firefighter levels of safety and a re-designed heel strike pad delivering exceptional water dispersal. The IGS is heat resistant to approximately 300°C and tested to HI spec in accordance with EN ISO 20345:2011.
