Returns
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number. Products that have been personalised for you with printing or embroidery cannot be returned. We do not charge a restocking fee/admin fee to return an item, however, please note unless your item is faulty you are responsible for the return postage to send an item back to us.
If your return is approved we will process your refund within 7 working days of receiving the item/s back in our returns centre.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Constructed from a luxurious honey Nubuck upper, the new and improved Puma has a cutaway scoop collar for easy foot access and comfort. Lightweight, metal-free and with non-snagging eyelets, the Puma is created on a new last and has an improved shock-absorbing footbed. The innovative IGS rubber sole unit ensures superb grip on all surfaces and increased cushioning underfoot. The same boot is also available in black or brown, known as the Bison.
UPPER - Water-resistant and breathable honey Nubuck. Reinforced stitching and a quick and easy lacing system. Deep padded scoop collar and bound bellows tongue edge for extra strength.
LINING - Padded, moisture-wicking and highly breathable. Cool in summer, warm in winter.
FOOTBED - Heel pump shock-absorbing footbed. Contoured to support the foot, with air channels to wick moisture and reduce heat build-up and odour
TOECAP (Composite) - Wide fitting composite non-sparking and thermal insulated. Tested to the impact of 200 Joules.
PROTECTIVE MIDSOLE (Composite) - A woven fibre midsole designed to protect from sharp objects entering underfoot.
SOLE - Inspired by tyre technology and made from highly durable rubber, the IGS sole unit features a unique hexagonal tread ensuring superior traction, ladder grips offering firefighter levels of safety and a re-designed heel strike pad delivering exceptional water dispersal. The IGS is heat resistant to approximately 300°C. Non-marking and resistant to diesel, fat, acid and alkali.
