Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number. Products that have been personalised for you with printing or embroidery cannot be returned. We do not charge a restocking fee/admin fee to return an item, however, please note unless your item is faulty you are responsible for the return postage to send an item back to us.

If your return is approved we will process your refund within 7 working days of receiving the item/s back in our returns centre.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Constructed from waterproof black leather hide and featuring a tough scuff cap and heel support, this boot is well suited to extreme environments. Poron impact protection material keeps your ankles secure. Lightweight and metal-free, it is built on a new extreme comfort shape and has an improved shock-absorbing footbed for daylong comfort. The innovative new STS sole unit provides superior traction and stability across a wide range of surfaces and firefighter ladder grips for safe working at height.

Upper - Fully waterproof with a bellows tongue and waterproof lining which allows breathability and reduces perspiration. Scuff resistant heel and toe for durability.

Toecap - Wide-fitting composite non-sparking and thermally insulating. Tested to the impact of 200J.

Protective midsole - A woven fibre midsole designed to protect from sharp objects entering underfoot.

Lining - Waterproof lining that breathes to reduce perspiration.

Footbed - The dual comfort insole features unique airflow channels to maximise air circulation and reduce heat. With twin antishock foam pods at the heel and the ball of the foot, this insole will provide daylong comfort where you need it most.

Sole - The V12 STS is a revolution insole design. Inspired by tractor tyre technology and made from highly durable PU, the STS provides high stability and traction on loose surfaces and has ladder grips with firefighter standards of safety. A re-designed heel strike pad and non-clogging channels deliver exceptional water dispersal.
