Returns
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number. Products that have been personalised for you with printing or embroidery cannot be returned. We do not charge a restocking fee/admin fee to return an item, however, please note unless your item is faulty you are responsible for the return postage to send an item back to us.
If your return is approved we will process your refund within 7 working days of receiving the item/s back in our returns centre.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
A high-leg boot based on the best-selling Bison. It combines a quick on-off zip-side and a non-snagging lace system to provide good ankle support and a fully adjustable fit. A strong moulded scuff cap protects the vulnerable toe area, and an anti-scuff heel protector increases the boot’s life. Created on a new last and with a shock-absorbing footbed, the new and improved Avenger is suited to a broad range of industries. The innovative IGS rubber sole unit ensures superb grip on all surfaces and increased cushioning underfoot.
UPPER - Water-resistant and breathable. Full-grain leather with fluorescent stripe and deep padded scoop collar. Reinforced stitching and bound tongue for extra strength. Speed lacing system.
LINING - Padded, moisture-wicking and highly breathable. Cool in summer, warm in winter.
FOOTBED - Heel pump shock-absorbing footbed. Contoured to support the foot, with air channels to wick moisture and reduce heat build-up and odour.
TOECAP (Composite) - Wide fitting composite non-sparking and thermal insulated. Tested to the impact of 200 Joules.
PROTECTIVE MIDSOLE (Composite) - A woven fibre midsole designed to protect from sharp objects entering underfoot.
SOLE - Inspired by car technology and made from highly durable rubber, the IGS sole unit features a unique hexagonal tread ensuring superior traction, ladder grips offering firefighter levels of safety and a re-designed heel strike pad delivering exceptional water dispersal. The IGS is heat resistant to approximately 300°C. Non-marking and resistant to diesel, fat, acid and alkali.
