Returns
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number. Products that have been personalised for you with printing or embroidery cannot be returned. We do not charge a restocking fee/admin fee to return an item, however, please note unless your item is faulty you are responsible for the return postage to send an item back to us.
If your return is approved we will process your refund within 7 working days of receiving the item/s back in our returns centre.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Chamlon Sweatband - Egyptian cotton core with porous PU coating for maximum sweat absorption. PH neutral, dermatologically tested.
3D Precision Fitting - Never before has such a precise fit been attainable on an industrial safety helmet, using the unique 1-2-3 point harness depth settings.
Electrical Insulation (Non-vented only) - The un-vented version meets EN 50365 Class 0 10KV standard. This standard is applicable to electrically insulated helmets used for working live or close to live parts on installations not exceeding 1000Vac or 1500Vdc.
Wheel Ratchet - The Revolution Wheel Ratchet is an easy to use wheel ratchet adjustment system to create a firm comfort fit with added security.

Inter EXV Ear Defenders: Helmet mounted ear defenders featuring a low profile and lightweight design, SNR=28 (Conforms to EN352-2).
Neck Cape: Hi-visibility neck cape provides protection against UV50 as well as being waterproof and fire retardant providing complete protection to the neck.
CR2 Reflective: High-Intensity Reflective offering, on average, 60% more reflectivity than standard reflective clothing material.
4-Point Linesman Harness: Fully adjustable 4-point chinstrap with quick-release buckle.
