Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number. Products that have been personalised for you with printing or embroidery cannot be returned. We do not charge a restocking fee/admin fee to return an item, however, please note unless your item is faulty you are responsible for the return postage to send an item back to us.

If your return is approved we will process your refund within 7 working days of receiving the item/s back in our returns centre.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Tough HDPE shell - In tests, the EVO®2 proved far tougher than the EN397 standard required and far tougher than any of its competitors.

Supreme Comfort - A 6-point polyethylene cradle harness system offers unrivalled comfort without compromising performance.

Chamlon™ Sweatband - Egyptian cotton core with porous PU coating for maximum sweat absorption. PH neutral, dermatologically tested.

Universal Slots - Enables firm fitting of a range of Surefit™ safety visors and ear defenders.

Electrical Insulation (Non-vented only) - The un-vented version meets EN50365 Class 0 10KV standard. This standard is applicable to electrically insulated helmets used for working live or close to live parts on installations not exceeding 1000Vac or 1500Vdc.
