Returns
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number. Products that have been personalised for you with printing or embroidery cannot be returned. We do not charge a restocking fee/admin fee to return an item, however, please note unless your item is faulty you are responsible for the return postage to send an item back to us.
If your return is approved we will process your refund within 7 working days of receiving the item/s back in our returns centre.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The 13-gauge knitted liner, made from a unique aramid-based FR yarn, provides cut resistance to Level D while maintaining excellent dexterity and tactile control for precision handling in high-risk environments. Its flame-resistant neoprene-coated palm delivers superior grip and control, even in challenging conditions, without compromising comfort or flexibility.
By combining Arc Flash Level 2 protection, Flame Resistance, and Cut Level D performance, the FR Arc Cut D13 represents a comprehensive solution for electrical maintenance, utilities, and industrial applications where multiple hazards coexist.
