Returns
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number. Products that have been personalised for you with printing or embroidery cannot be returned. We do not charge a restocking fee/admin fee to return an item, however, please note unless your item is faulty you are responsible for the return postage to send an item back to us.
If your return is approved we will process your refund within 7 working days of receiving the item/s back in our returns centre.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Built for maximum safety, the FS32 includes a steel toe cap and steel midsole for superior protection, along with penetration resistance to guard against sharp hazards. The moulded rubber toe and heel guard add extra durability, while the PU padded collar enhances comfort during long shifts.
The removable memory foam footbed provides customized cushioning, and the Phylon midsole with a rubber outsole delivers excellent shock absorption. This boot is anti-static, oil-resistant, and features a 300-degree heat-resistant outsole, making it ideal for demanding work environments.
